For Halloween 2002, I dabbled with a talking skull.  It basically sucked, but for 2003 I wanted a pretty elaborate skull with all sorts of motion, so I built this animatronic skull that moves his eyes, his mouth, nods his head, and can turn it side to side.  He's pretty awesome.

View of our ghost host with the top portion of his skull removed.

<--- Meet the newest haunt for 2003.  Fully animatronic talking skull.  Eyes go L/R, head Up/Down, Head side/side, mouth open close.

Yet another view of our host.  This is the view of the back of his head with it tilting forward.

I rescued this chair out of the neighbors trash and slapped a coat of $.99 black spray paint on it, and voila, a throne for our host.  Here he's getting a coat of black on his head mount.  The hair's tucked in, and no hat.

Here's the Ghost Host fully dressed and ready to perform.

Click HERE for a short video of him in action.
