Except as expressly stated herein, AboutHalloween.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to AboutHalloween.com arising from any product sold on the AboutHalloween.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall AboutHalloween.com, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AboutHalloween.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AboutHalloween.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or check received. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AboutHalloween.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AboutHalloween.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. AboutHalloween.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order, for example, photocopy of drivers license, contact your credit card company, or check mailed in advance.

SALES TAX

AboutHalloween.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Nevada. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

JURISDICTION & VENUE

You agree that any legal action brought against AboutHalloween.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the AboutHalloween.com site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Clark County Nevada.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

AboutHalloween.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express and checks as payment for items purchased on our web site.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

All deliveries will be via UPS or FEDEX ground unless otherwise noted.  Abouthalloween.com will not be responsible for late or untimely deliveries by any of the freight carriers.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

1. No item can be returned without prior authorization and a RMA number. Without this number all returns and or exchanges will be refused. You can receive this number by calling Abouthalloween.com at (702) 617-9799, or emailing us at info@abouthalloween.com The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the returned package, and also on a packing slip inside the package. All products, masks, costumes, etc must be packaged in their original packaging and packed professionally in a shipping safe container that ensures safe delivery back to our store.  If you are unsure how to properly pack & ship your item, take it to a Mailboxes etc or Postnet for proper help.
2. There is a 20% restocking/return fee for all returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.  You will not be credited for the original shipping charges.
3. Due to the nature of the Halloween Holiday, there will be no returns/exchanges allowed after October 20th of the year the item was purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS
4. All special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
5. All returns will be inspected when they are received by AboutHalloween.com and a credit/refund/exchange will be determined at that time.  Basically, if you trashed the item and then try to return it - Forget it.  You will not receive a credit.
